Don’t use this business for Will matters.

They can’t handle the process, and charge for their incompetence. I have requested copies of the documents they have charged us for, but their not willing to provide (think about that…). I also asked for timesheet reports to understand where the effort was spent, to which I was told they don’t track time.

Considering they are paid on an hourly basis (not lump sum) you would expect proof of time booked, or at least justification of effort. If they admit to not tracking time, it’s safe to assume they make up the effort spent on your matter.

To give you an idea, you’re looking at about $20k to settle a Will with only two stocks on the ASX, 1 car, and 1 motorbike.

This will be simple for me to get to the bottom of over the next few months, but to anyone thinking about using them… Please do not do it to yourself (or your family)! I hope this helps someone, but please reach out if you’d like further details.
