The station was easy to access from the main road, the exterior and interior was clean, and customer service was incredible. My cashier, Chance, was amazing! She welcomed me with a smile, asked if I needed anything, and gave a customer service experience that cannot be matched. Casey’s needs to promote Chance and have her train on how to make an impact.

This Casey's is constantly understaffed, dirty, out of food. I've lived in Harper for years and watched how this place has gone down hill step by step year over year. The only reason I seem to step through the doors of this Casey's is because I haven't yet been disappointed or frustrated for the day. The staff for the most part is very friendly and they do try. All of its failures start at the top and work their way down.....
DRIVE PASS THIS GAS STATION IF YOU CAN!!!!!!

The place feels very understaffed. Ordering food from their kitchen has especially suffered significantly, and lines at the register can get longer than necessary a lot of times. I've never really seen both registers open unless the manager has to step in from the first line getting way longer than it ever should have.

They also don't take into account other orders when estimating a time for your over-the-phone order to be completed, so you end up wasting time.

Lastly, they have a lot of issues with their gas pumps constantly being out of order. Plenty of times, only half of their pumps are available to use.

EDIT October 2021:
The gas pumps were finally fixed, although I hear it took someone calling corporate to get it fixed. Nonetheless, I've upgraded this review to 2 stars, up from 1, since all gas pumps are running now.

EDIT November 2021:
Update regarding the kitchen. We've been ordering the cheesy breadsticks as of late. My mom came home to find hers burnt, turning black, and the cheese was a sloppy job. I ordered cheesy breadsticks the next morning, and it tasted like there was too much garlic salt.

EDIT February 2022:
The past few visits, the cheesy bread has been much better. It feels as if this issue has been resolved. I'll leave the picture I included as a reminder of what is considered unacceptable, but I'll bring the rating up to 3 stars since the service has been better.

EDIT September 2024:
Bringing this back up to 4 stars. The staff in their kitchen now do an amazing job and I hope you take good care of them. They're friendly, they go out of their way to make sure customers are happy. They go the extra mile for us if our food is a little later than planned.

The only thing stopping a 5 star review now, is during last winter when there was a free coffee / hot chocolate each Monday, the machine was down the entire promotion. I'm clinging onto that last star until I see how it's handled this upcoming winter, and I'll be back to amend my review.

As its been 2 years since the burnt cheesy bread incident and the food quality has improved significantly and consistently, I've removed the photo. This Casey's as renewed my opinion of it. Great location!

Zero stars is what I’m leaving for this review.
Yesterday, Sunday March 12th. I walked into the store I needed to use the restroom and get a few things. The restroom was absolutely disgusting, it could not have been cleaned in the last week.
After leaving the bathroom I went to grab a drink out of one of the coolers. Looking around at all of the coolers they were all basically empty. I’ve never been in a gas station that was practically empty for all the drink. I found one and went to get some lunch. I grabbed a cheese burger out of the warmer and I was going to ask for some lettuce on it when I looked back behind the warmer where they prepare the food a worker had her gloves on and was blowing her nose. I will not be returning to this store.

Every Casey's I've been to has always been trashed. The bathrooms are atrocious. Immediately upon walking in, the stores smell of sewer. Staff seem to want to chit chat more than they want to provide customer service.

Passing through and stopped here. Lots of pumps and had no issues with fueling. Inside wasn’t great. Bathrooms were frankly quite gross. The stall doors were filthy, and no hooks for a purse. Wouldn’t stop here again if I could help it.

Bathrooms are gross. We went yesterday and the fridges were almost EMPTY! The employees were just standing around talking while they should’ve been taking care of all the issues. The cooks were blowing their nose with gloves on then went back to cooking like it was no big deal.
