I've been using Cash Converters for many years now , a reason to help me out cash wise when I had no money and sell old stuff I didn't need anymore to make a bit of money instead of giving it away, you can say it was a win , win as they make money by the interest rates on loaning the money from your goods , so it helps you out , specially in bad times. The staff have always been good over the years , there are some staff members they should have never have left to further their careers they were that good. Over all the Inala store is the best store in Australia with the best staff the helps you a lot. I drive close to an hour to the Inala store because they go out of their way to help.

Inala cash converters is by far the worst cashies out! Wanted a quote for an item which is brand spanking new so hasn’t really lost any value but was willing to sell at a lower price, I paid $140 for the item and was willing to sell for $90-$95 and I get a quote back for $15-$20 what a joke! This is the third time I’ve had a quote on an item at this store, I will never be back here lol DONT GO TO GOODNA CASH CONVERTERS, COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME!

I received a what's it worth quote for my item which I described in perfect detail and provided correct model number. They offered 60 - 80 and when I brought it in they said people make mistakes and offerd me 10 .

They carefully omit info and and put up boundaries making it hard to pay so they can charge more interest on pawned goods

Absolutely discusting customer service and management skills , My partner and myself bought in a TV the dude behind the counter offered us $5 I then took the same thing to goodna cash converters and they gave me $80 from the looks of things it's the same dude that keeps giving us EXTREAMLY LOW BALL offers and then get rude about things when you say no don't worry about it his name is Eric , I think he is the manager however his staff seem to not even look up the price of the iteam and just ask him , So I would take my business to Goodna or browns plains as they have always given us a fair price and are super friendly 🙂 x DO NOT GO TO INALA CASHIES UNLESS YOU LIKE LOSSING MONEY
