I entrusted them with my settlement matter and was extremely disappointed with the level of communication and quality of advice provided.
I could never understand their invoices or how they could "perform work" without my knowledge.
It is a shame the Queensland legislation doesn't require family law firms to hold an ethical licence. I feel I was taken advantage of and remain extremely disappointed that I placed so much trust in such an important matter with this lot.
