I recently used this company to recover a business debt. I got frustrated with the lack of results and went to try to get the debt resolved myself. My method seemed to have worked. 2 weeks later I received an invoice with CCSG still want there commission for doing very little in my opinion. I would not trust this company to get $50 from an ATM. I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!!

did not get the initial invoice amount i was after back, ended up paying fees out of my own pocket and was advised that all the fee's will be paid by the person i was collecting debt off, which then wasnt and i had to pay that amount.
lack of communication, i had to follow up with them with what is going on, i had to leave multiple emails and phone calls to get a reply.
took almost 10 months to close the case.
not worth the headache in my opinion

The whole team has been very helpful to retrieve the debt for our company. Would recommend avoiding. They were unable to recover our debt and we now have to pay Pro-Collect far more in fees than we were initially trying to recover.

They don't let you know their fees upfront and help themselves to add every expense possible into your bill without letting you know.

Pro Collect has successfully collected a number of debts I tried to collect without luck for up to six years. I am very happy with their procedures and their staff were helpful and polite. I thought I was going to have to write off most of the debts they collected for me. I am very glad I can rely on them when customers just won't pay me.
