Went to a market being held in the park one Sunday while in town. There is a lack of parking for larger numbers of people attending any events in the park. That being said it is nice, shady and has some well laid out concrete walking tracks with points of interest along the way. There are toilets and shaded resting areas. I'm able bodied but I believe this would suit a (half?)day out on a wheel chair just fine.
