Lisa at Central Coast Tenants Advice & Advocacy Service is doing God's work.

After recently receiving a notice to vacate our rental from our REA (hereafter referred to as the Bad Guys) in Umina Beach, we decided to be proactive and start packing up/ cleaning early. We handed in our final date to leave at the Bad Guys office and informed them of a date and time for our final inspection. If there was a problem with that time/day to please inform us so we could schedule a final inspection with them.

No word from them all week. Good, we're all set. We think. But, yep you guessed it....The day comes. My wife waits....and waits...and waits. Finally my wife calls, and the agent tells her "Oh..I'm just too busy...let's make it another day"! Are they kidding? No, this seems to be the way the Bad Guys everywhere are treating tenants- they just don't show up for the final inspection.

My wife immediately rang Central Coast Tenants Advice and spoke to the calm cool and clever Lisa who gave her the advice my wife needed. She was always available to help (calling us back at times) as we then went through the old "agent threatens to make a claim on our bond trick". Disgraceful behaviour from the Bad Guys but successfully warded off with the expertise, patience and helpfulness of Lisa.
Full bond returned, no help from the bad guys at all.

Lisa, thank you! This is the kind of service that we good guys need so much in this greedy, selfish age.

almost all the reviews are highly positive. some negative reviews all refer to the rude manner they were spoken to on the phone.
maybe it's time to check if the same person took these calls?
a really bad look unfortunately for what is praised elswhere as a really great service.
