The parking around here is impossible. Considering how new the estate is, and the fact new parking spaces were added after it was completed, there is still rarely a parking space to be found at peak times. And considering there are many professional suites with strict appointment times, it just needs to be better.

It has the pond there to watch the Swans and ducks. Walk ways with seats every were and if you want some exercise there is equipment to use for free.

Nice place but very hard to find parking.
I wonder those "who know all" in the council did not planned more parking, wide streets and everything in between.
Doctors rooms, public and private hospitals, etc. are there.
In an area which is almost new, the facilities are same to those which were designed more 200 years ago.
Totally discasting!
