I engaged with Certainty Wealth (CW) after making an enquiry on line to purchase property through super.
Gemma rang me, we went through what they do and i engaged CW as Gemma along with CW's online reviews gave me the confidence that they knew what they were doing.
The process from talking with Gemma (early December 2025) and purchasing (late March) took 4 months. There was Christmas break in between, additional leave I took in January and work commitments. This process could easily be done a lot quicker without the holiday leave and other conficting commitments I had.
CW organised all parties that are required from setting up a superfund through to finance, conveyancing, search for property, property management on completion very efficiently. All parties engaged were as efficient and as thorough as CW.

I would have no hesitation in recommending CW, Gemma and all others involved in my experience. Well done to a super efficient team and seamless transition and purchase of property.
