First time using Certified Home Inspections and we could not have been happier. Glenn (Pest Inspection) and Ryan (Building Inspection) were professional, on time, and very thorough in their report. The experience from engagement to report was seamless. Everything was digital and the report was provided on the day of the inspections just a few hours after the service. What impressed me the most was they both took the time to show me the issues and explain what it meant. In addition, I was able to call if needed to discuss the report. Would I use them again I absolutely would. Was it value for money, yes, it provided the evidence to renegotiate or request for the seller to fix the issues. I was not disappointed and I should give a shout-out to the back office (Vicki) who helped me when I missed an email.

I’m currently living in a hell scape of poor quality pest And building inspections that has lead to me purchasing a house with termite damage in half the house.

Incompetent inspectors that are too old and overweight to do their jobs. I was left to inspect my own roof cavity because the inspector/ pest bloke can’t access it.

They have missed termite damage repeatedly. They failed to find termites.

Save yourself because I’m now going tens of thousands of dollars in the hole because of sheer incompetence.

The inspection was assigned to Ryan and his mate Gellen (the termite expert) in one line house and pest inspection team. They did the job extremly well and professinally. The 2x reports were sent on the same day. There were nealry 100 pages together and all details and adivices were given. The also discusse with me on the site about their findings.Especially, they inspected the roof void very carefully in such a hot weather. I will recomand to my firiends not only because of the expertices but also the attitude to get things done perfectly,
