After much confusion dealing with council over a minor change to my newly purchased house , I contacted Melanie and Carli at Change of Plans . Before we'd even made a decision to extend out unit, Melanie very kindly took the time to talk through what we were proposing to see whether it was even possible. Her knowledge and expertise allowed us to make an informed decision before proceeding. Thanks to Change of Plan we have now had our Planning application approved by Council. My partner and I needed assistance to navigate a pre-planning request with our local council. Don’t have a second thought, Change of plan (Melanie and Carli) will get the work done. I had a complex plan that needed planning approval from the council and knew it would take some time. Approached multiple Town planners, but all were too eager to set the deal without understanding the complexity. Change of plan gave very genuine inputs and professional recommendations, realistic time, and unforeseen situations that might arise and how to deal with them. Certainly, in my situation, I had saved a few thousand due to Melanie’s recommendation and got my planning permit before the expected date.

Melanie was of great assistance in helping me prepare for a VCAT case against a development next door to us.
