The worst experience I’ve ever had with property managers in over 20 years of renting. If you’re a tenant I’d recommend staying far far away. They treat tenants like scum.

Anything that required fixing took at least 6 months, a few things even took 10 months. With each one, reminding them over and over and over. They would tell us that they had booked trades, but then the trades would never contact us. 75% of the time they wouldn’t even reply to emails, and it would take 3-4 emails to get a response. We essentially had to get to a ‘cracking it’ point before they actually did anything, and then we seemed the bad guys, We were literally just asking for bare minimum standard of living, and letting a LOT of stuff slide/repairing things ourselves. It was so stressful living like this. I wasted so much time, money and energy trying to make that house liveable.

So happy to have left that house, and I will never do business with Chapman ever again. Currently looking to buy a house, and frankly don’t even want to purchase a house through them.

Through difficult time coming to terms with disabling accident and selling of house I rented they always treated me with courtesy and respect.
