Had a difficult and sensitive case for the team to manage but Amelia did so with empathy and fought hard to ensure I got a fair entitlement.

Setup a meeting to get wills done for my wife and I. Took time off work and Amelia forgot we even had a booking that she made for us. 👎. @Amelia, Unfortunately your offer to see us was 8 minutes after we called you to find out what was going on after waiting for 15 minutes prior and you said you didn't have a booking. We were pretty much back at our car and we had to get back to work.
