We were buying a house and needed someone to look at the contract ASAP. Ben took a look at the contract after hours and called us on a Saturday so that we could bid at auction. We were lucky enough to win at auction and Ben and his team did a great job getting us through to settlement. Which was no easy achievement considering it was our first time and we had no idea what we were doing! So I would highly recommend this practice for conveyancing.
