The newly upgraded CWH at Market fair Campbelltown looks very glamorous, spacious, well merchandised and simply awesome. To add to the pros, the store now has an in house Optometrist offering Medicare Bulk Billed eye tests, how good is that. Thanks for the upgrade CWH Management. Loved the shopping experience today

Went inside to buy some medications. Pharmacist told me “would you like a text message” notification. I said yes please. 1 hour later “NO TEXT” sent… I went inside and collected by medication. Female Pharmacist can’t be bothered send the text.

However my recent Experiences,
Marketfair Shopping Centre, Shop MM11/4 Tindall St, Campbelltown NSW 2560.
After two hours waiting contacted to duty manager, poor customer service, duty manager was very rude, They lost my script. Said they never had it. I only gave it to them because they suggested it would be much easier, convenient and no wait time for future repeats. blamed it back onto me. Same as others customers negative reviews.
The staff here are not helpful - large store if , asked for help locating an item, " somewhere over there "
The positive is, a large store with poor management, it is likely to have what you’re looking for: If you can find it.

I don’t recommend “leave your prescription”staff members are not responsible in store,
Thank you I have to back to my doctor all script .

This place is disgraceful!! All show , forget getting your scripts here unless you are desperate. Always long waiting times , stand in an understaffed queue for ages to find they don't have your product. Minimum 15 minute wait on any script , not including stand in the line for given time . Arrived here at 17:45 , finally got my script at 18:13 ...avoid like the plauge, unless desperate.

My recent visit to Chemist Warehouse in Campbelltown left me with mixed feelings. While the staff assisting with my prescription were friendly and efficient, my experience with the security guard was deeply unsettling. Despite being there solely to pick up a prescription, the security guard made me feel like a suspect rather than a customer.

He insisted I unzip multiple layers of my jacket, including a puffer jacket and my work jacket, and even asked me to show my stomach to check for concealed items. It was so cold and I am sick so I was trying to keep warm. This was not only intrusive but humiliating, especially given that I suffer from disabilities and severe mental health issues, compounded by recent experiences of domestic violence. I was extremely anxious and shocked, knowing I had not stolen anything. I want to emphasize that my financial status is solid; I have no reason to steal and could afford to purchase anything in the store without hesitation.

Such aggressive and unnecessary behavior made me feel publicly accused of theft all because I was wearing a pair of Nike air max plus shoes (tns) - im assuming. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and dignity, regardless of the security concerns in the area. It is disturbing to be targeted in this way when I was simply there to collect a prescription. I hope the management addresses these issues promptly to ensure that all customers feel safe and valued. They need a new security there, he was very rude and shocking. Many people are not happy with this man.

However Thankyou to the staff there who provided exceptional service.

The female security guard on Friday night 03/01 was very bad.
My son was itching all over his body and had just seen a doctor at Urgent Care Campbelltown, the doctor gave my son ointment to relieve the itch so we rushed in to buy it in time.
I know Chemist warehouse closes at 10pm but it was almost 10 minutes to closing time. For 10 mins, I still had enough time to buy ointment for my child. But the security guard waved us away from the distanc and said we were closing. I said it was still 10 minutes but she said 2 minutes left. This is a place that sells medicine to people in need so a few minutes are very important. What if a customer needs medicine to relieve fever or relieve pain for their child? If you are a restaurant, I will not complain even if you do not serve them if there are 30 minutes left.
Please be a kind person, put yourself in other's shoes.

Just like any other chemist warehouse. You go in just for a cheap script, wait ages for it and end up spending heaps on things you didn't need. Pretty ordinary. Mostly got everything and more. Good prices.

It was my first time here, it cost me 33% more then my local chemist for same medication , girl in counter rudely replied " I don't decide the price!" with the attitude tone! Staff here need to relaxed bit more and service with smile 😃
