I went to Chemist today and it was worst experience I ever had. I have been many times before and always been purchasing perfume from here.However, today I opened one of the unsealed perfume box which was already half used. I thought why not sprayed to try afterwards i put it back. The blonde hair girl staff came to me saying “you have to take that box otherwise i have to file of stealing” she was loud and rude which attract other costumers make me looks like I’m theft. That moment was very uncomfortable she even involved the security guard when I refuse to pay for which I did not even have opened. Very bad customer service and no mannered at all. It would be better if she had said nicely but the way she jumps at me pointing like I’m stealing isn’t acceptable. So I had no other choice than to pay. After I purchased I left in the basket it was no use of it because it was already half used bottles. Never will I ever come past this store again. Very bad customer service. Guys be careful when you shop here. It more of like you taking yourself in problems.

I was coming lots of time , but 1 day, the lot my whole new medication 💊 repet and told me i had to go back to my doctor again to get another 1.
They could tell me if it was medication or partner, and they didn't talk to me very well.
They can't tell me if it was my inhaler or our others medications.
Very disappointing.
Also, they hold me up 2 hours trying to solve the problems.
All i would say please double check everything big or small.
Because we try them again, we still can't get right in front of the house .
Double check everything on your medications and prices that you have paid on them.
Please keep an open mind if you go in there of your medications 💊
Some of the medications teams are very good what they do , but there are some that are not sure what they are doing with prices and medications scripts on .
Highly recommend that you double-check even as far as your address and name as well because i had that issues as well.

Never do shopping from this chemist warehouse. Very very rude. Sell the used and empty products. During query they are very rude and forced to take products. Please my suggestion ever never put foot inside this chemist warehouse. They can blame and put false allegation be aware.

Great store. Nice size store. Staff are great. Shows respect goes both ways. I understand what they have to put up every day. I see it, if customers are rude what do you expect back? First class service like youre in a 5 star hotel? Lol

Stocks a huge variety in this larger store. The fragrance packs are a good value for money.
Staff are most helpful and friendly with finding the right product when you can locate them.
Security guard is an extreme overkill, he guards the door watching with full view of the check out counter, he saw that we’ve paid for items, saw the sales assistant bag our items into a chemist warehouse plastic bag but still insists checking the bag & the receipt on our way out. Is he ensuring the sales assistant hadn’t accidentally thrown freebies in our bag? Or he just needs to feels superior making everyone feel like thieves in their way out?!

I had a very disappointing experience today with two different staff members at different times. The first encounter involved rude attitude, lack of assistance, and refusing to help me telling me in a really rude way that she was with a customer, however my question was when the customer was looking for something and the staff member was just stand up a bit far from the customer in that moment which left me frustrated. Unfortunately, when I returned later in the day, a second employee was equally unhelpful, showing exactly the same bad attitude, It’s clear there’s a consistency issue in customer service that needs addressing. Look like staff is not happy to work there or don’t have any idea about what is their role about because customer service is far from what I receive today, I hope management can take steps to improve staff training and overall customer experience.”
