Not happy with the service. The pharmacist on duty can’t even suggest the best medicine for a dry couch. Very unprofessional. Need to train the pharmacist more on customer service as one always sticks to the computer and don’t care about the customer waiting, as other have no idea on general medicines.

Placing a waiting chair 1 metre from the prescriptions drop off is extremely insensitive and a gross breach of confidentiality. Come on chemist warehouse, this should be a no brainer...keep the waiting chairs separate from an area where very personal information is being shared.

We shop there regularly but no more.
My elderly husband needed to use the toilet to pee urgently. He was refused access and told to go next door to McDonalds. We stressed he couldn’t wait that long.We went outside and he unfortunately had to relieve himself up against the wall at the back of the building. Where’s the humanity in that. We all get old, the bodily functions don’t always wait.

So frustrating place to get prescriptions medication. Last time it took literally 15-20 mins to get one even today the same. I don’t know what this people are doing here. It’s been 20 mins to get eye drops. Very poor service. Can see three pharmacist on the counter. Just thinking when many people are here what they are going to do. Shame don’t respects others time.

Can someone please help the man who is out in front of the store every single morning coming up to windows to ask for water? I buy him water every time I go in, but this has been going on for literally 12 months every time Im there. Im happy to help (who wouldnt pay $1.5 to give a man water?), but I really do not appreciate having him knocking on my car window and just standing there staring at me until the store opens. Can management not get some water for this man? It shouldnt be solely up to us customers. And its on their property. He isnt asking for money or booze. Management can easily get up off their butts, fill a cup of water a few times per day and give it to the man. He isnt drunk, he isnt violent. Its really not all that difficult. Do you have such total revulsion for those less fortunate (indigenous, no less) that you would rather them suffer dehydration than provide a paper cup of free water? Maybe then he can stay hydrated and us customers can a.) No longer be harassed and b.) No longer feel that we need to take care of this man.
