Chris Baker has gone and his services where always professional and the receptionist was always on point, with everything, I knew he would do his best and be upfront and honest.
Most disappointing service ever since he is gone, and the new people threatened to sue me because I was going to be honest with my experience on google reviews, all I asked was for someone to inform me and be professional, that they were busy and could not get to look at my case and would get back to me in a week or so and not leave me hanging, then I would not be writing this.
Really disgusted and the comment made in reply to this is not true, your staff member was very vindictive, unprofessional and rather than listen, wanted to take strips out of me, for asking questions, tried to intimidate me, became rude and totally obnoxious with their tone, did not care and was ego based, rather than discuss the situation civilly and help me understand.
Not everyone knows how you operate, so do not assume, be courteous and explain clearly, be kind and take the time to help other understand, the whys and how and just because I didn't in understand, doesn't mean I have to be attacked by your staff.

Ive always found Chris to be highly professional. This time round as he's retiring the 2 second rate lawyers who were supposedly meant to be highly capable of looking after us reminded me of nothing but a circus.$1500 and 2 court appearances later they still didn't know what was going on. Very disappointing
