Should have gone back to Chris in the first place instead of going to Shine Lawyers. I had used him in the past but I was not aware that Chris operated on a No Win, No Fee basis. Staff at Chris Trevor show a genuine concern for my outcome, as opposed to Shine Lawyers whose bottom line is how much money they could get out of money, and would never come straight on how much they were going to charge me whenever I asked them. Their area manager in Bundaberg is really rude.
