If I could rate negative stars I would.
Unprofessional service. Quick to onboard you. Then little to no contact despite multiple attempts.
Gave them a deadline for a family court application, they missed it. I accidentally missed 2 payments and instead of contacting me to rectify, they ghosted me for 2 months and when they finally made contact they informed me of the arrears which I paid immediately, the next contact I had from them was 2 weeks later to tell me they had missed the deadline to make an application to family court and I would have to start the mediation process again to get a certificate to apply to family court again.
Every time I did eventually hear from the lawyer, the email would start with an excuse as to why it had been so long between contact. I’m not talking days here. I’m talking weeks to months with no contact despite my attempts.
999/10 would not recommend.
I would also question the validity of the other reviews. Written suspiciously in similarly suspicious fashion and for how long he has been practicing you’d expect a few more
