The owners are incredibly lovely. They always remember our order, have it waiting for us and are always so nice. We have been buying our cigarettes from them for over 6 years now and have had nothing but great customer service. When our cigarettes were discontinued twice by 2 different brands, the owners had great knowledge of cigarettes and helped us find new ones that we liked (we are very picky). They have even given us FREE lighters on several occasions and text us when our brand gets delivered as they are hard to come by at times and many places don't stock our typed of smokes. They often set cartons aside for us as they know we are loyal customers. They are also CHEAPER than other retailers and are open longer. We always have a nice little chat.

Worst customer service-I greeted the lady in pink shirt May 14,2022 with a smile, did not greet me back. She asked for my membership card in unprofessional manner and not smiling at all. Then I have noticed that after there were Aussie customers, she happily greeted them, even giggling and wished them goodluck. Then I went back in line to pay for another draws, she did the same unprofessioal manner to me. I never smiled back anymore-giving her a taste of her own medicine. Customer service is for all colors, if you are not happy with what you are doing, then quit😡

Don’t use for dry cleaning. Sign says 3 garments for set price. They happily accepted our 3 garments and confirmed the price, then when I returned to collect they say the price has gone up because one of the garments is “long jacket”. It was 5cm longer than the other jacket we had cleaned. No way to get clothes back without paying the extra. Clever way to make a little bit more money each time, but it’s deceptive. Sad that businesses operate like this. We won’t go back.
