The PAE Council is very slow to act, taking months to log complaints tickets about massive disruptive neighbours and rarely responding promptly.
We've experienced ongoing issues for over two years with little support or clear steps from the council or local councillor. Their advice is limited to collect evidence and sending emails, which has not led to any resolution.
Something needs to be done!

Don’t move to this council, you’ll pay rates for no services. Illegally parked cars blocking your driveway Sorry inspector finished at 7pm. Rubbish dumped everywhere throughout the streets, good luck getting it cleared.

This council sadly is so short sighted. The rosewater rail line loop should be kept to run services directly from Gawler to the port especially with the future jobs growth. You already have walking trails from other old lines. Very few people actually use them so why waste money ripping up infrastructure that would be extremely useful to bring people to the area!

Customer service is terrible. Bond was paid for hall hire of a couple of their venues; however, as their previous booking officer, Michelle Wubboltz (who longer works there), did not keep records, they were unable to refund me until I showed them email trail and evidence of payment from previous years of the bond paid.

I have owned properties in the city of PAE for about 15 years now. The entire organisation is a nightmare to deal with. The staff there are constantly rude and condescending.

It’s funny looking at the other reviews. The feed back seems to be very consistent.

Go up
