I recently had a pool fence inspection,I was told by the inspector if I did not comply with his demands that he would return to do a boundary fence inspection, with a smerk and scoff he said ' "you dont want that, do you... (really! ?The shire employees that I have dealt with have been rude and power crazed. They made false and misleading statements to the police and sent them to my home ,to no avail. How far will they go ... you may be next.

Reported dumped item via snap send solve 2 months ago outside property and have made several phone calls to the office to have it removed. It is killing the grass underneath. I am repeatedly told yes we will get someone out to collect it, or I don’t know why it’s taking so long to collect it, oh I’ll put that through again now. What is the point of reporting to the local council if nothing is ever done about it. Ready to take it to the council office and see how long it takes for them to remove it from there. Joke!

Contacted them about crushed asbestos that had been dumped on my street, got the notice today that it's all cleaned which is a morally reprehensible lie, it still lays 2 feet from the footpath endangering everyone who dares go close

Young lady this afternoon was very pleasant. Patient. and helpful on the counter and so was the Young guy Cory who made the procedure of getting our plans for one of our houses a breeze and answered any questions we had and explained so we could understand thank you very much
