I must admit I'm a little shocked to see some of the other reviews. My experience with Derek has been quite the opposite.

While it has been hard to reach Derek at times, he has been a godsend as I had so many issues with my home fire claim I didn't even know where to start.

Derek's determination to have my home insurer follow their own PDS has resulted in a conversion from a dodgy repair which caused me loads of grief because my gut was telling me something was wrong, to a new build which was a much more appropriate outcome.

All I wish is there were more people out there who does what Derek does.

Stay away from this business / Derek. This business offers you the world and once contracts are signed Derek seizes to help you with passion or care.
Derek / Claim Partners for 1 year achieved absolutely nothing for me when dealing with my claim and still billed me an extremely excessive amount.

He will not respond to your emails or calls and then when he does he will act productive.

This business is designed to be perceived as it is a major business with many staff, however, this is a one-man show run by Derek.

Also… every email of yours, Derek replies to he bills you for his time 🙂 let’s just say an invoice billed to me from Claim Partners… would have bought me a new car.

Please please please stay away! This business needs to be shut down.

Took thousands of dollars from my partner and I 2 years ago with promises to help us with our claim.
After supplying all paperwork and doing everything required on our end, Derek Jorgensen all of a sudden ceased contact and made zero effort to do any work on our claim.

After 18 months of attempting to contact this company we have been forced to go through AFCA to be reimbursed for the fraudulent actions of this company.

I would not recommend to anyone unless you want to have your time completely wasted and have money STOLEN from you.

This company is a complete FRAUD.

DO NOT USE THEM!!!
