We engaged Clarit-e to help us produce detailed business process maps for cross-agency processes and projects in the rail transport/government sectors. The deliverables exceeded expectation and are useful beyond what we initially sought them for. The team worked effectively with a wide range of technical specialists and were able to get across complex content to add meaningful value.
