After 3 years of stressful search for a property in Sydney, we engaged the services of Teoman Legal upon finding the house we wanted to buy. They were very prompt, professional and helpful. The fees were transparent. They had also organised the property inspection and the report we received was comprehensive . We had a very disappointing experience with Teoman Legal. We used their services when we bought our first apartment, with what was supposed to be a very straightforward process.

They employed a contractor who advised us in the process, and this person made a mistake which ended up being very costly for us (talking $25k+ in fees that could have been avoided)

Teoman Legal refused to acknowledge a mistake was made, and claimed that the responsibility was with the contractor - when clearly we engaged with their conveyancing entity.

When we tried to obtain more information and advice on the matter, they simply stopped communicating. Very unprofessional.
