Deb is a saint! Contacted CLO Lawyers for assistance with purchasing a property. I'm located interstate and was quite worried. I had a bad experience with my last solicitor who always sounded annoyed at helping me. The last property I tried to purchase also fell through due to issues with the bank valuation. After such a bad experience, I contacted CLO Lawyers for the next property. Deb was very sympathetic when she heard about my experience and went above and beyond to help me.

In terms of pricing, CLO Lawyers is a little bit pricey but well worth the fee. Never found solicitors that were so thorough and nice before. Best part is that they don't charge if the property purchase falls through due to finance clause or building and pest. My last solicitor charged me a large fee even though the purchase fell through very early on in the process.

Deb even helped me review the building and pest report. She then made recommendations and was able to get the vendor to do some renovations at their own cost prior to settlement. A day before the finance clause was due, I ran into some issues with insurance and Deb also went above and beyond to help even though I called her very late.

Highly recommend CLO Lawyers and Deb! They are very thorough, professional, and best of all it never felt like a transaction for them or just another sale. Deb could have easily pressured me into requesting more expensive services but she never did
