Solicitor is extremely arrogant. Main aim was to just want client to plead guilty without making a effort to acknowledgethe defendant had video evidence to prove innocence.. Refused to help victim of DV who needs help producing evidence of multiple breaches to police. As she said we don't get paid to do that there are services for that. Which showed a gross lack of compassion for a TRUE victim. Secretary however tried to help where she could.

Never could get a reply from the lawyer. Receptionist never passed on messages. What should of taken a month max is now 3.5 months on and ive moved to a different lawyer whos had it done in a week.
