I'm extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by Tara Redden during our recent property transaction. The lack of communication and updates was appalling.

Throughout the process, we had to constantly call Tara to get any information about the status of our application. It seemed like we were the ones chasing her for updates, rather than the other way around.

To make matters worse, she would often send emails with crucial information just before closing time (5 pm), leaving us with no opportunity to respond or clarify any concerns.

What's even more concerning is that it felt like she was working more in the interests of the other party rather than ours. Her lack of attention to detail was evident when she failed to properly check the names on the provided documents, which could have led to serious consequences.

Overall, our experience with CNG law or Total conveyancing was subpar, and we would not recommend her services to anyone.

Thomas Christie and the team at CNG epitomise the idea of a wolf in sheeps clothing. Don't be fooled by the small practice, the sometimes difficulty getting through to the team on the phone, or the radio silence at times. For me, CNG achieved what the competition simply couldn't. I never once felt like a 'client', Thomas demonstrated a level of professional humility that is very rare. Thank you Thomas and team, for all that you have done.

Recently I called upon the services of Thomas Christie to take care of a small legal issue that I had.

From the get-go Tom made me feel
comfortable and at ease. You could tell he was on my side and it certainly made it easier when It was clear that I was not at fault.

He took my worries away at a time that was very stressful for me.

I shopped around for different legal aid through from free advice all the way through to top dollar, and out of them all, I found Tom to be one of the most authentic and down to earth with reasonable options financially.

Tom is a one man show, so although at times it was challenging to get a hold of him, at least he always had wonderful office staff and got back to me when he was able.

If you expect someone to drop everything for you every time you call, then you may want to think about paying huge dollars and going to a larger corporation. I tried that, and let me tell you, it is more satisfying dealing with someone who works hard at their job just as much as you or I.

Tom has a good heart and he certainly strives to achieve. For me, he is the change you would want to see in the world when it comes to this style of business.

Whilst I did not get the full compliment of compensation that I felt was owed to me (no fault of Tom, more the opposing party), Tom still managed to secure me a tight deal which resulted in my favour.

I was able to move on with my life and if it were not for taking a risk with a smaller operator such as CNG law, I can probably say I wouldn't be as happy as I am today.

Thanks Tom for your service in offering something for the little guy who needed their voice heard. I am forever grateful.

After a traffic offence that could have spelt the end of my employment and made it considerably harder for future employment in my trade I sort the advice and representation from CNG law and was promptly advised by Thomas Christie. After a discussion on the particulars of the occurrence and history of myself, Thomas was able to prepare to represent my case and protect my interest with the best outcome possible.

CNG were prompt and professional with my case and kept me updated at all times, Thomas was able to give me a outline of the expected result and was able to present everything in such a professional manner that a desired result was obtained for all involved. Unable to get them to respond to emails. Unable to obtain any legal advice even after transferring them $2000. Unable to get them to return the money. Unable to get them to tell me anything about the issue.
They have also failed to follow up when they have said they would follow up.
It maybe a small case compared to others but I would not trust them with any case.
Well done to people who have managed to get them to help you. What have I been doing wrong?
