Bunch of Karen’s. Not helpful. Rude reception… even though she seemed clueless. Couldn’t do a basic search and had to be in person (even though we are 2 states away). Not willing to try any other option. Not sure how else to try.

Receptionist was incredibly rude, didn’t even know basic legal terminology and the firm wasn’t willing to be helpful at a difficult time. I’d recommend one of the many other helpful law firms in the area.
