If I could give no stars to this business I would. Unethical is the one word I would use to describe this company. If you want to lose the most basic case then engage Martin to represent you. He will even fail to appear in court on your behalf. having engaged new representation from a professional law firm. Martin's incompetence is only shown further.

The worst professional manner in the phone call I have even had in my entire life of legal enquiry.
The receptionist or whoever took my call, first uttered the greeting as such,
the guy: "Hi'.
me: "do you do this and that?"
the guy: "no" then he hung the phone call.
Is this a legal firm or just a fastfood takeaway shop where staffs get so busy so just hand up the phone calll after they speak what they need to say?
