Kate’s colour analysis session was great. She really takes her time getting to know you, and makes you feel comfortable straight away. I loved that the analysis goes past the basic four season classification and delves further into 18 possible colour palettes.

Ladies Secondhand clothing that you might want to have!

What a cute little shop - I was at the Little Nook Cafe with some friends this weekend just gone and could not resist once I saw that there was a shop just upstairs, so between ordering my meal and it arriving I managed to check it out.

Disappointingly for me, there were only a very few pieces of my size, otherwise I would have not walked out empty handed.

Now, after reading other people's reviews it is interesting to know the that the lady is a clothing colourist and a clothing specialist.
It makes it even more interesting as when I said that I was looking for a size 6 the lady looked around and found this bright blue dress to which I said that blue doesn't suit me (that particular shade of blue) - she was quite surprised when I said that.
I also tried a jacket that I liked which was a size too big, however when I put it on, I was told that it looked great... hmmm... not something I would expect a clothing specialist to say so I am a bit conflicted about my experience.

I did, however, sent my two other friends to check it out, but they didn't find anything neither.

But overall, you can see how much care and pride was put into this little business so if you are in the area - it is worth while stopping by.

What an awesome experience! We went to see Kate today (myself, my mum, my nan and my sister in law) for a group colour session and honestly had THE BEST TIME! Kate knows her stuff! She was so knowledgeable and so amazing at what she does. Highly highly highly recommend! Thank you Kate for having us, putting up with our very direct/ funny family - you fitted right in! Kate is not only able to help you see colour in a whole new light and work out exactly what does and does not enhance your features, but she does it in the friendliest, kindest and most fun way. I thoroughly enjoyed getting my colours done and have now booked in to learn about what styles suit my shape and proportions. Do not hesitate, Kate's workshops are the best!!

Having a colour session with Kate online was one of the best things I’ve done for myself in a very long time. While I live in Perth, I work long hours and by the time the weekend comes around I rarely feel like traveling too far from home. So as much as I wanted it, an in person consultation felt like a chore (not like the relaxed fun it actually turned out to be!).

Kate was fabulous from the first email, explaining how online sessions work and giving me foolproof instructions on how to take photos to ensure accurate results. Before our session she sent detailed information to my inbox, a personalised colour swatch to my actual mailbox, and the session itself blew me away. We literally covered everything, Kate left no stone unturned. She gave me so much guidance, answered tons of questions, and also provided “what not to do” tips so I could troubleshoot by myself when I hit the shops. I got valuable insight on what I was doing well, where I was going wrong … and why! By the end of the session I felt confident and resourced in every area to do with colours, knew how to make choices that compliment my features, and put together outfits for any situation (makeup included).

Having had an excursion of ill health in 2023, my passion for fashion took a backseat to practicality.
