We were extraordinarily fortunate to have engaged John's services as we embarked upon a dramatic journey into our new home. We see engaging Comino Daniels as one of our best decisions made during the purchase, and below we'll outline why.

- The team back each other, and turn around work extremely quickly to ensure successful outcomes.
- Surprisingly (to us) much of the home sale & purchase work falls to the conveyancing team. They handle every important step, from contract review, to calculating the settlement amounts and offsets, dealing with government bodies, making sure the financing arrangements are made correctly, and many other tasks. Having an excellent team here is critical, and John and Jill came through for us time after time.

We found John while struggling to work with another solicitor on our sale contract. The first thing that impressed us when working with John was his deep understanding of both the law and the home buying process. John explained concepts concisely, and picked up mistakes made in our contract. We immediately engaged John to take over and have never regretted the decision.

Following this, we navigated our sale process to a very successful conclusion. John and Jill negotiated a 6 month settlement, which gave us time to secure our dream home.
