If I could give minus 10 I would. What is it with these banking women employees who are so rude. Absolutely disgusting customer service, why be in this role Kirsty, if you don’t like humans. You are like a condescending school teacher and should not be in any role where you are in direct contact with customers.

Terrible customer service and straight up laziness

Went to this branch to purchase some foreign currency after having done this 6 months ago.

The lady at the teller said they aren't a foreign currency exchange branch however after I said I had exchanged money their before, she then said they couldn't offer it today as they were running a limited service, and to come back tomorrow.

After questioning if it's that they don't offer it or if it's that they are on limited services, the lady said 'I think it's limited service'. You either offer it, or you don't. And if you do, it means you're too lazy to process it today, and probably won't be there tomorrow so I should come back then?

Absolutely useless. Make you run around, not interested in store to provide you with documents. Kirsty the branch manager, was very rude and unhelpful, and did the bare minimum, redirecting to calling to talk to the online team. I don't know why a representative of the Commonwealth branch, bank cannot provide you in store with documents to do with your banking.

Innisfail Branch is in a pretty sad state. Waited 30 minutes in line to be told sorry we cant help you because the teller had to go on lunch. I do understand with covid staffing can be an issue but really the Commonwealth bank makes budget cuts reduces staff and installs teller machines inside and has one window and staff member available. I personally bank with CBA, my employer banks there.... Most banking is done online I understand that but business still needs to operate some cash do I tell my customers sorry I cant serve you atm because we don"t have cash or change for a Fifty. More focus needs to be put on staffing then budget cuts typical of big business.....

The Commonwealth Bank was once an excellent bank, nowadays if you want something done or you want to change something to do with your account, well, there's a fee for that.
They seem to have forgotten that it is OUR money.
(Contrary to one of their old advertising slogans "We'll never forget that it's YOUR money")
Don't get me wrong, the staff at this branch are really excellent people, it's just a shame that the CBA itself has gone to the dogs.

Have been on the phone for 90 minutes waiting to report a transaction not made by me. I now understand the billion dollar profit they make? Or was this caused by Covid. Wake up CBA you do has real customers

The tellers here are so lovely and helpful, I really hope they never do away with face to face banking, I for one would miss it enormously
