I recently changed insurance brokerages to Connect Business Insurance after being with another broker for years, I never felt like we got any value at all out of the relationship. When I spoke to Jackson at Connect he was keen to add some value and win my business. For us, he saved us some money on premiums, and improved our coverage. We recently made our first ever claim on our business insurance so we really got to see the team at Connect in action - and they were awesome! They may not save everyone money like they did for us, but the service is first class. A big thank you to Dee Rule who continually kept us in the loop as they managed our claim with a London based underwriter, and diligently followed them up to get a swift resolution for us. I am a new client to Connect Business Insurance and became so when I was having extreme difficulty getting insurance to cover my valuable items such as cochlear implants whilst on the road travelling the Big Lap. I initially contacted the Perth Office who responded to me very quickly and as I am a resident on the east coast referred me to Dee Rule in the Queensland Office. Dee was most understanding of my situation and quickly found a solution to the problem and we are now insured on the road for the contents of our van. I highly recommend Dee Rule and her lead Broker Jason if you have an 'out of the box' situation which needs insurance. Connect Business Insurance are the best. Nothing was too much trouble.
