I felt they always checked and triple checked their work and prioritised issues that arose with the purchasers solicitor in a timely manner, to ensure no delays to our settlement date.
I felt like the process was explained to me in simple terms, especially during times of overwhelm and that none of my queries ever felt like too much of a hassle.
