We just used Conner Hunter (Cleveland office) for the sale of our residence and the transition to a retirement community lease. They were excellent and as we had both sides of the transaction handled by them the settlements happened simultaneously and on the requested day! The staff are excellent, Hannah, Karen, Helen and Lisa. Overall and excellent team to deal with. Highly recommend particularly for the Retirement Community contracts.
