I've called today to enquire about how to file a specific court document (peace and good behaviour order).
The person answering the phone only said "Hello" and neither introduced himself or his business. I had to ask if I actually speak to "Conomos Lawyers".
After asking about for help I bluntly got told that I simply need to go to the police and he does not deal with this sort of things (their website mentions "Criminal Law" as an area of expertise which I thought this may fall under).
The person was overall very rude and not helpful. I would not recommend this practice.
