Of particular note I'd highlight the contribution of Lisa Davies, the Paralegal who assisted me throughout two contracts and completed the sale on my behalf. Lisa's manner was consistently bright, friendly and professional whether our contact was via email, over the phone, or in person. Further to this, her professional efforts were efficient, effective and reliable and I would request Lisa's services again without hesitation. Extremely poor response time throughout the whole process. Took way longer than necessary to sort things out because of this. Also was waiting all day on settlement day to get the keys because they couldn’t send the settlement email on time. Their customer service was poor every time I called. Their prices are also higher than others so I recommend doing a quick shop around and you’ll find someone (anyone!) who is much better.

Poor service, slow response time, no common sense. Paid way over what I was quoted because ''we base our quotes on Brisbane council rates and dont know what sunshine council rates are'' and had to pay default interest because think didnt ask for a settlement extension when asking for a finance extension. Happy to charge for a body corporate search but will not explain any of the report because ''it's not in their scope of work to explain the report''. Poor communication between their own people when they were filling in for each other during holidays. Not sunshine coast based at all, calling multiple people in Melbourne trying to get onto someone in their 'maroochydore office' which is just a desk space in a share office waited 30minutes to drop off documents because they were ''on lunch''. Promised immediate call backs and waited hours with no call. Most unprofessional company I have dealt with in any industry. Could not recommend them any less.

Edit. No resolution or answers to any of my complaints. Also 3 and a half months later I have just found out that the incompetent staff at think conveyancing incorrectly registered my mailing address as the address of my investment property with body corp. services and I have months of correspondence that went unanswered including a now over due bill. 1 star rated due to no being able to rate on a zero or negative star scale.

I would not use this company. This is a warning to all. I almost lost my deposit and entire settlement due to this company. They failed to turn up to settlement. Lost documents. Refused to answer or return calls. Then presented late to the final settlement. Do not use them. You could lose everything.

Do not use conveyancing.com if you do not want to be ripped off! Was told 1 month for transfer of ownership title and still waiting after 7 months, communication is very poor once you have paid your upfront costs, we had our conveyancer changed without any knowledge until we chase them up Beware everyone!!!
