My elderly relative was suffering elder abuse and I was having difficulty assisting them. I was in need of urgent legal advice, on a week night, after hours. I telephoned at 7pm and was surprised to have a lawyer, Joseph, answer my call. He listened to my situation and offered excellent, professional and caring advice. He followed up checking over some weeks that we had achieved resolution for the relative. Joseph was very competent and showed a true interest in achieving a satisfactory resolution for our family.
