Receptionist was amazing with her services very friendly and helpful. Once put through to a lawyer, the most unhelpful, ignorant and rude person i have spoke to in a very long time.
If thats the services you can expect, then it is very concerning. I phoned for basic advice to lead to an appointment and resulted in myself feeling more frustrated then when i made the initial phone call. This lawyer sounded more like he had no time and understanding and just wanted to get off the phone.
