The hostess was very kind to us by providing us a very comfortable room and bathroom facilities which were excellent at the last moment when we had a bad experience in nearby hotel in another town.

This is a really good option as far as country pubs go. Great food, huge serves and really kind and helpful service. Accommodation was clean and nicely presented. Breakfast room provided heaps of options and was really handy with kids. They also provided GF options and things like rice cakes (great late night snack for little bellies). The rooms were small but comfortable and safe. Shared facilities that were clean, although there is only one female shower. You could hear people get up during the night etc so this could be an issue for you. The building itself is stunning.

This is an old hotel with plenty of charm and our hosts were very friendly and helpful. ||The bathroom facilities are shared and very clean. Our Queen room however was a little tired and needed some updating. The chair provided was not useable as the seat was broken and the mattress sagged in the middle and needed replacing. There was a small wall heater that was not very effective at heating the room, though the bedding provided was nice and warm once you got under the covers! There was a small TV in the room with access to lots of channels.||We were there on Parmi night and the Chicken Parmigiana meal was very large, tasty and great value. Good pub food!||Our Tesla needed overnight charging. There are no charging facilities anywhere close and we needed a big top-up. The hotel bent over backwards to ensure we got the charge needed using normal power outlets. ||Thee is no mobile reception in the area other than Telstra, so fortunately the hotel had free wifi which worked well.||The continental breakfast was included in the tariff and very good, with the normal cereal, toast, juice etc provided. A Nespresso machine was also provided that made a great cup of coffee.

We had dinner here whilst staying at the Coorow Caravan Park for a few days of wildflower viewing.||The Pub opens at 5pm, serving meals from 6pm to 9pm. It appears a little worse for wear outside but inside is a lovely space with wonderful atmosphere. It has a good menu with plenty of gluten free options available at reasonable prices. We both opted for the roast pork belly daily specials - it was a tasty generous serving. They have ginger beer on tap - a favourite beverage of mine.
