I wish I could rate negative points. If you are dealing with Amber Jiang, be mindful because she is super unprofessional and unsupportive. She is not thinking of her client at all. She never replies messages on time! I asked her to send some emails to builders on behalf of me three days ago, she hasn’t responded by now!!! She is a such rubbish lawyer that I ever seen.
As for John, he didn’t show his understanding and respect. He was trying to mislead me and forcing me to make another payment.
Any buyers if you want to get your home settled safely and smoothly, don’t choose them!!!

The worst and most rubbish service I have ever experienced!!! Amber Jiang. Remember, don't ask this lady to do any legal work for you anymore! She doesn't think for the client, lacks professionalism and care. A complete joke for what she has done. Late replies to all emails and messages, no alert for the final inspection. The most funny thing, she changed the settlement date without informing the client until I posted what she had done on social media. She sent me a text on SUNDAY AT 10 PM, 10 HOURS BEFORE settlement!!! Can you believe it? I had to delay all installations, pest control, and decorations! Most importantly, this woman will destroy all the excitement of moving to a new house. No apology after all these things happened. I will definitely report to the ACCC as well. I hope the manager should think of and review the performance of this woman as well, don't let what she has done ruin the reputation of the company.
