I had the absolute worst experience with Coronis gold coast and Coronis west as property managers. Repeatedly forgot to pay bills, slow reply to emails and didn't even do entry reports from tenants. Management promised me refunds to compensate but never followed through. I really encourage you to not use them from property management, they have been the worst company I've ever worked with and I really hope this helps someone avoid a headache.

We rented a house from this agency. But the experiences we experienced traumatized us. When we rented the house, there were many things that needed to be done, and they promised they would. But nothing was done for six months. They said the landlord didn't respond to our requests. My husband did the repairs herself, and we paid for them from our own budget. When we first moved in, they gave us the wrong keys, so we couldn't get in. They only gave us one correct one, and we had to make a second key ourselves. Five staff members have changed since we moved in, and we've constantly explained the problems with the house. Not only did the other staff do nothing, but the last one was terrible. Her name was Kat, and she was so disrespectful and didn't know what she was doing. We went to discuss the house's problems and explained them. She spoke to us with arrogance and disrespect. She said if there were any problems with the house, your wife could handle it. It was as if it were our responsibility. She doesn't answer our calls or emails. When we asked to meet at the office, she wouldn't come to us and made herself unavailable at the reception desk. We know this because my wife overheard them talking in the background while waiting at the reception desk. After realizing we couldn't do it, we decided to take out a break lease on this house. This was the most difficult process. When we left, Kat did everything she could to avoid paying our deposit. She told us there were a lot of things that needed repair, and the landlord had told us to fix them. In fact, the house was in such good condition that we spent days cleaning it. We had high-pressure cleaning and mowing the lawn. Despite the house being given to us in such a bad state, we left it in perfect condition. Despite this, when we asked her to return the keys, she sent us back each time, saying it wasn't clean enough and that the landlord was very difficult. The last time we were there, the landlord was also there, coincidentally, to make some arrangements. We had a chance to talk to her. We explained everything, thanked us for not knowing about any problems and for leaving the house spotless, and also asked why we had come here today. We said there were some things that needed to be done and that you didn't like them. The man laughed. We understand something's going on here. Kat is playing games with us. The landlord was renting again, but they told us they'd signed with another agency. After we decided to leave early, the landlord didn't want to work with them either. He said the agency was terrible. Then we emailed Kat, saying the landlord was happy, and she had to back out. She didn't even respond to the email. We waited days for her to initiate the deposit process, but unfortunately, she didn't. We waited a month, and finally, we contacted RTA. They followed up on the process. And finally, we managed to get our deposit back. We had an incredibly terrible experience. We lost a lot of money and were stressed for days. I really don't understand. I've rented for 10 years, and we've split amicably with all of them, but this time, we ran into someone like this. I pray for Kat every day. I hope she encounters people like her throughout her life and never finds happiness. I absolutely do not recommend this agency. I truly don't understand how they manage to survive with such incompetence and disrespect.

I met Katrina at the Labrador apartment block this afternoon to return keys for a friend who was the exiting tenant. She had called me 15 minutes earlier, I was driving and I missed the call. Immediately after the missed call, she sent an extremely aggressive and rude text stating that I had ‘caused a significant delay in getting the property ready for the new tenants’.
I have never spoken to or met this woman, I was merely doing a favour for my friend who was unable to return the keys as he was in Brisbane. I told her I would be 15 minutes and drove from my home to the apartment building. On arrival she was no where to be seen . I was standing in the visitors car park. After a few minutes texting and saying I was there, she emerged from a vehicle. I was speaking to a resident on the intercom at the time she approached me. I said are you Katrina , she said yes. She was extremely aggressive in her demeanour, no smile or pleasant attitude. I gave her the keys , she took them and as I walked away I said ‘I really did not appreciate your very rude text’.
At that point she screamed abuse at me , opened the door and went into the building. My son who was in the car, came to my side and we entered the building. He said to her ‘do not speak to my mother like that’ . This woman was screaming and shouting at us saying, ‘get away, I’ll call the police’. At no time were we threatening her but she completely lost her composure and behaved absolutely disgracefully, screaming and shouting in the lobby at me and my son . This person is an absolute disgrace to the Coronis company, she should be utterly ashamed of her unprofessional behaviour and actions. The whole episode was witnessed by two delivery drivers and captured on the cctv cameras.
