I think that Michael is a phenomenal presenter and the content he presents has been extremely helpful in formulating the way I'm going to go about leading my student association team. It's a solid workshop but I think some of the content may be harder to attain than he proposes it in the workshop, at least for my specific purposes, which is why I've rated a 4. I want to be clear this is a deduction content wise rather than because of Michael. I think Michael is excellent, and has the very valuable skill of helping people self-reflect and acknowledge their own faults rather than faulting and when faulting them he is gentle and kind. Thank you for making an excellent presentation!
