My elderly relative, for who I was the main care giver, went in to close their account and move their will to another solicitor. I am not exactly sure what happened at the appointment, however, I received a letter from this solicitor informing me not to contact my elderly relative. My relative has no recollection of telling these solicitors to write this letter, and due to a disability, would never have been able to read this letter or fully understand this direction. My relative was very upset that I followed the information in this letter and made no contact- tired and stressed care giver under enormous pressure. Unfortunately, I stayed away from my relative, and this has had enormous repercussions. I think they are greedy and self-serving.

Used their service for conveyancing.

Little to no response from the solicitor and manager. I had to call their office multiple times for a response. It took them 3 days to confirm that they have received the contract from the Vendor's solicitor which only had a 5-day period, their solicitor waited until the deadline date to give me a call and asked for extra money. After that the Vendor have allowed one week extension for contract review and guess what? No answer again.

I terminated the agreement with them on the basis that they have not given any appropriate communication & incorrect advices.

Go somewhere else and save yourself the trouble.
