My experience with Gulay was extremely horrible. I’ve been going here for a year and there have been multiple instances where she has treated me in a rude manner, and is completely unaware of what she is doing. Whilst she was on the phone, she was charging me for my appointment and ended up using the wrong terminal because she was distracted, and had to charge me 600 DOLLARS again on a different terminal. This is absolutely ridiculous.

I wasn't happy with my son's pediatrician we saw for the first time today, Dr Muhammed Sohail Rana. The appointment started with him asking my son questions to which my 7 year old was telling him what he wanted to hear, so I told my son that it's okay and he can answer honestly, to which the doctor said to me "I will ask you too, it doesn't really matter what he says"- in front of him. I don't think that would've made my kid feel good.

Overall it was rushed, he was yawning as I was talking and even answered a personal call on his mobile during. Just don't answer your mobile, it's rude.

Not long in he hands me a re-book slip indicating the consult is over, and as I was asking him questions he hands me a brochure and tells me the information is in there.

I won't be seeing the same pediatrician again and will have to pay the $450 initial consult fee and serve the wait time again with someone else, but I would rather do that because I can't trust someone who seems like they don't care about their job or have time for their patients/clients.

My experience at this clinic was exceptional. Everyone at the clinic is extremely polite and friendly. Will be returning without a doubt. Shout out to Gulay at reception who is very helpful and friendly, and always puts a smile on my face.

We recently had an appointment with Sonja Elia for my child’s BCG vaccine. I was a bit apprehensive after reading negative reviews about this place but I must say that we had a great experience on the day. The reception staff member checked us in promptly and was very professional at his job. Sonja Elia is fantastic and made the vaccination experience for my child a walk in the park! Thank you Sonja Elia and the team for looking after us so well!!

Absolutely atrocious service from receptionist Gulay. Not only are they rude and off putting to look at, she (or they/them) will go out of their way to make sure your experience is awful. My partner had a mental health psychologist appointment scheduled but upon arrival, Gulay had told her it was cancelled despite being booked in January. Due to their rudeness and maliciousness, I think it’s safe to assume that Gulay was the one to cancel. My partner then left in tears because they are going through a sensitive time (obviously). Ten minutes later, Gulay calls back and mockingly tells my partner a new appointment has opened up for Wednesday. My partner excitedly responds with yes that’s perfect thank you! Gulay responds immediately stating that the Wednesday appoitment was suddenly no longer available with no hint of empathy in their voice and then terminated the call. So clearly Gulay had only called back to be a smartalic. Poor costumer service and Gulay is clearly in the wrong field. Time to apply to some warehouses, away from other human beings.

I would give this clinic 100 stars if I could.
I have taken my toddler since he was a baby and the team were very sensitive and very caring as we were going through a hard time with my baby having eczema. Doctors and hospital trips didnt even help or find a cure. Cragieburn Specialists took the time to call back and even check in on us and how we were going and also cured our eczema. (Yes mine aswell)

A special thank you to Leanne as she is a very caring professional that actually knows exactly what she is doing and how to find a cure according to your condition. Leanne in my opinion; is the best in her field.

My experience with Gulay at Craigieburn Specialist Consulting Suites was extremely disappointing.
The staff, particularly Gulay, demonstrated a shocking lack of empathy, compassion, and professional courtesy.

From the moment I entered, I felt like nothing more than a number on a chart.

Gulau’s demeanor was cold and indifferent, making me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable throughout the checkin to my appointment.

There was no effort to understand my concerns or offer any form of emotional support. It was evident that empathy was not a priority for them.

Furthermore, the level of professionalism was severely lacking. Basic courtesies such as greeting me with a smile or addressing me by name were nonexistent.
Gulay seemed more interested in rushing through the checkin than providing quality care.

Overall, my experience with Gulay at Craigieburn Specialist Consulting Suites was disheartening.

I expected a level of compassion and professionalism that simply wasn't delivered. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone seeking genuine care and respect.

Took my children to be immunised and we saw Sonia. She was so patient and calm with my 2 children which put them at ease. She also gave great advice on what to expect over the next few days. I will definitely take my children back there.
