When I expressed a preference to have my own building and pest inspection — rather than relying solely on the agent’s report — I was simply hoping Jennie could refer someone trustworthy. Instead, she went above and beyond: she arranged everything on my behalf, from scheduling the inspection to coordinating directly with the agent. She even kindly covered the upfront cost for me.

During the settlement period, I had several additional requests, including changing the settlement date, purchasing items from the vendor, and arranging a short licence agreement for the vendor to remain in the property. Jennie handled all of these matters seamlessly and with great care.

At the pre-settlement inspection, even the vendor and the agent independently remarked, “You’ve found yourself a very good conveyancer.” I couldn’t agree more.
