Absolutely Disgraceful – Stay Far Away!

This law firm is a complete rip-off and a total disgrace. Their insane overpricing for probate is nothing short of highway robbery, especially considering how simple the estate was. Yet somehow, they dragged the process out for an absurdly long time, with no justification other than pure incompetence—or maybe just greed.

And don’t expect professionalism, because you won’t get it. The way they treated the beneficiaries was downright disgusting—rude, dismissive, and completely uninterested in doing their job properly. Getting updates was like pulling teeth, and when they finally responded, it was with arrogance and condescension.

This firm is nothing but a money-grabbing scam, preying on people during difficult times. Avoid them at all costs unless you enjoy being overcharged, ignored, and disrespected!

CSG was recommended to me by my agent when I was buying my house. The paralegal who managed my settlement was unprofessional from the beginning. On settlement day, she has not attended to the emails and calls from the bank and as a result, the settlement was not done on the scheduled day. Not only I had to pay extra rent and keep the place I was living, I was charged a penalty by salers for that. I contcted them few times, but has no response to date. As a law firm, I believe they should be more responsible and accountable for their acts and for their clients. Not recommending at all

We received good service and guidance from CSG LAW (Jenny Thaggard) in the selling of our Hervey Bay property while we were out of the country.
