Our experience with CSM Conveyancing was deeply disappointing. Communication was abysmal, with emails and calls frequently going unanswered for days. Critical deadlines were missed, creating unnecessary stress and delays. The team came across as disorganized and unprofessional, failing to explain key steps in the process and leaving me to constantly chase updates.

To make matters worse, their lack of attention to detail nearly cost us money due to their failure to do their job properly.

I cannot recommend CSM Conveyancing to anyone seeking a reliable or competent service. Save yourself the hassle and choose a more professional firm.
